HotSmart plates are hot and are smart; you zap them in the microwave for just one minute and they stay hot for 30 minutes to keep your food hot and the rim stays cool for safe easy handling. They were invented in TEXAS and will start selling in CHINA. This is about innovation, not advertisement, please do not remove it (A Texan selling ceramic plates in CHINA, do you get it? in these difficult times).
